As the role of TA Coordinators vary from one unit to another, please briefly describe your general duties are as a TA coordinator. What are your responsibilities in developing the teaching skills of TAs in your unit? (approximately 100–300 words)

Please briefly and specifically describe your preliminary TA coordinator enhancement plan. What aspects of your role do you plan to work on? Why? How will this plan ultimately enhance the teaching of the TAs in your unit? (approximately 200–400 words)
